Platform

Available as a single component (as used on Overlander-60 Panniers). The ADV Platform is a product to use alongside your existing alloy pannier set-up. Virtually indestructable CNC machined LDPE (9mm) platform accepts Overlander 15L luggage packs or 1 Gallon Rotopax fuel/water containers. (max 4 Gallons/ 15L per side).

Packs

100% water, dust and sandproof 15L pack constructed from double stitched 1000D Cordura with reinforced sides and twin straps, which compress the load whatever the terrain. The pack connects to the platform with 5 x low profile stainless fastener and is the ultimate solution for off road riding.

Fitting

Designed for ultra-secure off-road performance, Kriega custom 6061-T6 Clamps fit to the platform in various positions to clear exhaust & bodywork. Easy on/off with 2 x cam levers per platform. Fits standard 18mm pannier frames (Touratech, KTM PowerParts, Metal Mule).

Fixed clamps simply hook onto the pannier frame tubing (clamp bolts should not be overly-tight, but well threadlocked) for a 'push-fut' via the rubber compression washers. Configuration is determined by clearance on individual bikes. Cam levers can be positioned as appropriate. For most secure attachment, levers should be closed out of line (i.e. at an angle to) the clamp.

Includes 20 x unique stainless fasteners to attach Overlander 15 Drypacks (which should be fitted after clamp positioning has been determined). Each platform can carry up to 4 x 1-gallon RotopaX fuel / water containers or 2 x Overlander 15 pack (or combination thereof).

Please note: Kriega platforms will not fit the exhaust side of Touratech Zega Pro 'Special Set' pannier racks for the BMW 1200GS, due to the frame's unusual stepped construction.

Rotopax are the highest quality fuel packs on the market and are guaranteed to be leak free. Rotopax feature extra threads, thick walls and a sure-seal gasket that prevents the spout from vibrating loose.
