BritKit is based in the wonderful city of New Orleans and run by die-hard motorcycle enthusiasts, with over a decade experience in the wholesale, retail and marketing of premium motorcycle equipment, who have absolute faith in the products they sell and use on a regular basis. Kriega equipment is designed and engineered in Britain by extremely talented and experienced motorcycle enthusiasts and constructed using only the most durable premium materials, then manufactured to exacting standards.

Kriega backpacks are designed specifically for motorcyclists. As well as being incredibly tough and highly practical, then utilize a number of unique design features, which cater for the very different ergonomics involved in riding a bike. Features such as the exclusive, adjustable QUADLOC, click-in / click-out, chest harness, which transfers weight away from the rider’s shoulders and affords unprecedented freedom of movement, makes carring your gear a joy, rather than a burden.

Kriega Universal System bike packs are designed to offer ultimate adaptability in a hardwearing and stylish package. These motorcycle luggage systems will fit motorcycles as diverse as Ducati superbikes, BMW Dual Sport machines or KTM Enduro beasts. We aim to ship all in-stock items, ordered before 1pm EST the same business day - all other orders will ship the next business day at the latest. BritKit strives to offer 100% availability at all times, but if demand is high it is possible that we will sell out of certain Kriega items from time-to-time. If this is the case, your item will be shown as a pre-order product during checkout and placed on backorder and fulfilled as soon as new stock arrives. See below for more information.

The Kriega.us store system works on a first come, first served basis. The most common reason for something being out of stock after showing in stock is an order for the same item was placed and fulfilled seconds before your order was received. Your order will be retained and will be filled as quickly as possible, usually with a week. We will send you an email with an ETA, but please feel free to contact BritKit Customer Services for further information. If you simply can’t wait, you can always log in to Your Account and cancel your order.

BritKit accepts the following credit / debit cards: Visa; MasterCard, American Express; Discover; JCB. We also accept Paypal payments.

Credit cards must be issued and have a verifiable billing address in the 50 United States, Canada or Puerto Rico. Cards issued outside of the U.S., Canada or Puerto Rico cannot always be processed.

To ensure your protection and deter fraudulent activity, all orders must pass through our verification process. To help minimize delays please review the following points prior to order checkout:

The billing name, address and zip code used must exactly match the details that your credit card company has on file for you.

If you are shipping to an address other than your billing address please contact your credit card company and add the ship to address as an alternate on your account. Orders which ship to the billing address tend to process faster.

Your details are safe with us. BritKit’s credit card transactions are processed by our Merchant Services partner, PayLeap, using the highest encryption rate possible and are not held in clear text on any website.

Shop and pay online using your available PayPal balance, bank account or credit card. Find out more. Orders placed using PayPal’s eCheck service will be held for a minimum of 3-5 business days or until PayPal notifies BritKit that funds have cleared your bank.

BritKit does not process credit cards issued outside the United States, Puerto Rico or Canada. We apologize for any inconvenience this security precaution may cause. Customers in other countries who are not able to make payment to Kriega USA, can visit Kriega.com. If your country is not listed on the location page, please contact Kriega UK, who can arrange worldwide shipping.

All Kriega backpacks, bike packs, waistbacks, luggage & hydration packs will be shipped via UPS. Continental US customers have the option to select UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air service. We also offer USPS Internatiional Package and UPS Air services to Alaska and Hawaii, as well as UPS Canada Standard & Worldwide Expedited or USPS Priority Mail International (which avoids UPS brokerage fees, but is not as well insured or tracked as UPS) to Canada. Smaller items can be sent via USPS, as will military APO/FPO orders (please contact us first). Costs will be calculated and clearly displayed during the ordering / checkout process, based on the physical weight and dimensions of your order.

We aim to ship all orders ASAP. Orders received before 1pm EST, which contain in-stock items should ship on the same business day (Mon-Fri). We strive to dispatch Friday orders same day, but this cannot be guaranteed, therefore orders received after 1pm EST on a Friday may ship on the following Monday. You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped and sent a tracking number for UPS deliveries. Packages do not require signing for and therefore instructions can be given to leave it in a safe place or with a neighbor.

BritKit cannot be help responsible for orders once they have been passed to the courier / postal service. Delivery times may vary and BritKit cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date or time, nor refund shipping charges for shipments arriving past the estimated delivery date. Please log in to Your Account to view your order status and tracking number details (where applicable).

BritKit may ship smaller spares & accessories from a separate fulfilment center, which may cause your order to arrive in separate packages. Detailed shipment dates and tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided at time of order.

Kriega.us generally only ships to the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada and APO/FPO addresses, but foreign orders can be accommodated. International shipping quotes are not always accurate, so we will contact you to confirm the final shipping cost. Customers in other countries wishing to order Kriega products, can also visit Kriega.com. If your country is not listed on the location page, please contact Kriega UK, who can arrange worldwide shipping.

When ordering products from the website for delivery to Canada you may be subject to import duties and taxes levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Packages will be marked with their true retail value and payment of customs charges is the responsibility of the customer. Please note that a customes brokerage fee is also levied by UPS (click here for rates). Only UPS Worldwide Expedited includes this charge in the cost of the shipping. USPS services reduce this cost and in most cases, avoid it alltogether.

Yes. BritKit is currently expanding the Kriega USA dealer network. If you are a quality motorcycle dealer or specialist apparel & accessories retailer with at least one physical store / showroom, we would love to hear from you. Please use the Trade Application Form to get in touch.

Apologies if you can’t find a dealer near you, but we are currently expanding our North American network in order to being the best motorcycle pack and luggage to a town near you. In the meantime, please order from the Product section of kriega.us, or from any of the online retailers listed on the Stockists page.

Yes. Fitting instructions for each Kriega products are shown in each product page. Printed instructions are included with the items which require them. Please read the instructions carefully because they will greatly enhance your enjoyment of the product. Kriega US- bike packs are designed for universal fitment, but some motorcycles may require additional straps for a fully secure fit. If you have any questions about fitment for your model of bike, please contact BritKit Customer Services who will be happy to advise.

Certain models of KTM and Ducati are designed in such a way that they require additional straps / webbing for a secure fit. If you have any questions, please contact BritKit Customer Services, who will be happy to help.

Kriega backpacks are designed to fit as wide a range of body shapes as possible. However, due to their load carry capacity, backpacks such as the R30 and R35 may be too large for smaller customers. In that case we would recommend a more compact model, such as the R25, R20 or R15. If for some reason, you are not able to get an ideal fit, please contact BritKit Customer Services, who will be happy to advise or make an exchange / refund.

You may return new, unused products within 30 days of delivery for credit, exchange or full refund of the product cost.

IMPORTANT: Returns cannot be processed without first notifying BritKit. Please log in to Your Account in order to send a returns request before sending your package. The subsequent paages will tell you where and how to return your item(s) - please make a note of this. Once this request is made a Kriega representative will be in touch with further information and an RMA # (returns without an RMA # cannot be accepted). If you experience any difficulty with this procedure, please do not hesitate to contact us and a representative will be happy to help.

Items returned for refund, credit or exchange must be in new condition in the original packaging and have any and all tags attached. Items which show evidence of having been used in any manner will not be accepted for return. We do not charge a restocking fee, but the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, unless there is a warranty issue. In these cases a pre-paid UPS call tag will be issued, or your postage will be refunded.

If your item was purchase from a retail outlet (motorcycle dealer etc.) please take it back to the place of purchase and they will process the return on your behalf.

All Kriega products come with an outstanding 10-year guarantee against material and production defects and warranty returns are extremely rare. However, if you are unlucky enough to encounter a problem, please contact us before sending the product back. Often we can remedy an apparent problem this way.

Please note that our 10-year warranty is for material defects at time of production and does not cover general wear & tear of goods. Our products are constructed using only the best materials and processes available, but if you do have any issues with your Kriega gear please call first. We will be just as upset as you and will always do everything possible to resolve the situation to your complete satisfaction.

All Kriega products are provided with a 10-year guarantee against material and production faults. Please call (504) 872-9367 to talk to someone in our warranty department, before sending any products back to us. Sometimes we can fix the problem before you spend money on return postage.
