- 1. Do you store my credit card information?
- No, for your security we do not save any sensitive banking information on our server.
- 2. Can I create an account to remember my address?
- For security and privacy reasons we do not store your information on our check out system servers. If you return to purchase, just use the Auto-Fill option in your browser to quickly and easily enter your info again.
- 3. How long does it take to process my order?
- Allow 3-10 business days for total delivery time within the United States when you order with UPS Ground Service. Expedited services are at the time frame purchased. The past orders of the day are usually packed at 2:00 PM Mountain Time (Arizona) and UPS Pick Up soon after. Orders after that are processed for the next business day shipping. We will keep you updated with email notifications of shipping and tracking information.
- 4. How can I cancel my order?
- Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order – (480) 782-9300. Please note that your order is sent to the warehouse as quickly as possible to ensure prompt delivery. Once the order is processed, it may not be possible to stop the shipment.
- 5. What type of warranty do you offer?
- Kriega® is proud of their Total Quality commitment to the design, development and manufacture of their products, and use only the best materials and processes available. Kriega® products are Guaranteed for 10 years against defects in materials and manufacture. Terms and Conditions, (1) Proof of purchase will be required when making a Guarantee claim – save your invoice, (2) It is the customers responsibility to return the goods to Kriega® (Matrix Motosports, llc) at their own expense (see address below). Kriega® and Matrix Motosports, llc, reserves the right to inspect the products and return and items not meeting the guarantee criteria. Furthermore, if the product has issues covered under the guarantee, we reserve the right to decide if the product will be repaired (at our expense) or replaced. Should replacement be appropriate and the returned product is no longer in production or available, the customer will be offered the closest model meeting the specifications of the original product. Any issues like this will discussed with the customer before finalizing the guarantee issue.
- 6. How do I return an item?
- Contact us at 480-782-9300 or info@matrixmotosports.com. We will try to see what the issues are and determine the best way to handle the return, repair or exchange. If the product is coming back to us, ship to 6505 W. Frye Road, Suite 22, Chandler, AZ 85226, USA. Please mark the outside of the box with your RMA number and we will expedite its handling. Shipping charges are not refundable.
