The Kriega R25 motorcycle backpack is supplied pre-adjusted to level-2 on the harness straps. This harness position will fit the majority of riders. Adjust to level 1 for XS and level 3 for XL fit.
Step 1: Firstly push the uppermost harness strap back into the pack, or pull the loose end out, to release the harness-web tension.
Step 2: Shorten or lengthen harness by moving slider on web - equal both sides.
Step 3: Pull harness strap back out of pack, or slide it back in, to tension harness-web.
Step 4: Put on pack and fasten front 2 x harness buckles. Adjust alloy buckles on hip wings by lifting and pulling the nylon cord. Tighten alloy buckles so the wings grip the sides of your torso. The top harness straps should not be a close fit, but not too tight.
Increase capacity by 5 litres by adding a US-5 drypack. Reversible zip or mesh pocket (see US-5 link below)
Fitting instructions: Thread 2 x US-5 fitting straps through the square rings on the R25.
Increase capacity by 10 litres by adding a Kriega US-10 Drypack (see US-10 link below)
Fitting instructions: Attach the 4 x Alloy Hooks from your Kriega US-10 to the 4 x webbing loops on the sides of the Kriega R25 and cinch down tight.

The R25 is an extremely well made bag with heavy material and rugged zippers. The straps are very adjustable, making it easy to switch between different jackets, or no jacket. The front clips keep the shoulder straps secure, and and are easy to buckle/unbuckle with gloves. The capacity is expandable by adjusting the side straps. Overall an excellent bag.

Solid bag and feels great on the bike. Dual chest straps make it fit snug without relying on it just being tight to your body so you don't feel it when riding. I ride with an Aerostitch suit and the adjustments open up nicely. Clips are good with gloves. A well design bag for bikers!

I have the R25 with bladder and Kube. I use the latter for my phone and hydration is key to all activities, to combine this with a pack that is comfortable on and off the bike is perfect. Great product, and great support.

I have to say not only the backpack is amazing
but the people behind it at kriega.us! Just an
amazing experience and pleasure to deal with.
That alone makes me want to purchase another
product. The backpack itself is made from a great
durable fabric with great weight distribution.
Keeping a close eye on something new to come out
and will be placing another order soon.
Thank you Kriega.US for a great experience.

All the hype about comfort is true...you don't know you're wearing a pack. The R25 easily holds a leather jacket, with armour, a fleece, and other goodies.

I bought this pack and so far it is really well constructed. I like the big opening and the ability to hold a lot of stuff without the heavy feeling on your back. The harness is very nice and works as advertised except I found it a little difficult to tighten the waist section using the method described. My only suggestions for future upgrades would be to make the square plastic loops for attaching the straps of the US5 a little bigger to ease installation and maybe mimic the look of the R20.

The pack has very roomy main compartment and a second external compartment to store stuff in so you don't have to disturb your main pack for some small essentials. Love all the extra straps to keep the load tight and tidy with no loose strap ends. The harness is easy on, easy off even with gloves on and it keeps the load off the shoulders. The padding in the back next to you keeps stuff from poking the back making it comfortable to wear.

I really wish I had purchased the previous model as the new shoulder strap adjustment buckles are hard to adjust. I ride with different jackets or no jacket so I need to adjust the straps often. The older style bag uses the D-rings which the new bag still has for the waist adjustment. Other than that, the bag is flawless and amazing build quality. I love it.

I use the pack for my commute. My laptop, various papers worked on at home, lunch, personal papers etc all go in there, with room to spare for workout kit when necessary. I keep my jacket moisture liner in the back pocket. On the bike, the pack is barely noticable. It sits comfortably and the harnessing prevents any moving around of the bag or its contents. Only thing I would add is a center divider in the main compartment. I also have the cube (worn on the front harness)into which my wallet and phone are placed for the ride. Good job, Kiega....
