Pack
The Kriega US-20 is an innovative, high quality piece of motorcycle luggage, which offers 20-litre capacity. 100% waterproof Drypack with innovative design which attaches directly to the seat-pad as a motorcycle tail pack. The Kriega US-20 also comes equipped with removable shoulder and waist straps. It can be carried courier style, on or off the bike. It can also be used as a tank bag (with addition of US Tank adaptor) or as an expansion pack for other Kriega motorcycle luggage.
Mesh
Base anti-slip mesh also doubles as a pocket to store the shoulder & waist straps when the US-20 is attached to the motorcycle. The shoulder strap connects to the large D-rings at each end of the pack and the waist strap connects to 2 fold away buckles at the corners of the mesh-pocket.

Fitting
The Kriega US-20 tailpack is designed to fit most motorcycle seat pads (attachment straps included). The pack is easily attached/removed by 4 x quick-release buckles. No extra bungees or rain covers needed. Remove the 2 x compession straps from the US-20. Remove the bike's seat pad. Lay the straps in to the void of the rear seat. Replace the seat pad and ensure it is correctly locked down (thread the top roll-over strap through the pillion grab-strap if present). Finally, connect all 4 x quick-release buckles and tighten the pack down on to the seat. NB - it is important to use the 2 x strap-tidy components on each compression strap. These components ensure there is no web-creep once the strap has been tightened.
The US-20 can fit a traditional style, long motorcycle seat. We recommend the use of the otional connector-straps (see link below). This option allows the loose strap-ends to be connected together over the top of the seat, when not using the tailpack. The US-20 also makes an effective rack-mounted motorcycle luggage solution with the addition of the optional 4 x Loop Straps (see link below). This strap spec. allows the web to be tied to the rack rather than just run under it, as is possible with the standard compression straps.
Pannier
The Kriega US-20 fits pefectly on top of alloy motorcycle panniers. Use standard compression straps through the lid handles or use optional loop-straps to tie pack to rack or other points on the bike frame (see loop link below). The US-pack system is a fantastically versatile motorcycle luggage solution for adding extra 100% waterproof storage.
TANK

needs carry handle
been using the bag about 2 wks now.i would much rather had a steel tank and a magentic bag, but nowadays alot of the euro bikes have plastic tanks, so not alot you can do.
the bag itself is very nice . the outside storage is very nice and large, inside is also very nice.
i think the price is fair. my biggest complaint is that the bag needs a carry handle. there are really no external handles. just to carry the bag. you have to unbuckle the 4 retaining straps, dig around for the carry strap pull it out and hopefully nothing else falls out of the outide pocket. click in the 2 ends and go. PITA. -

Kriega US20
I rode my 848 from the Adirondacks to Indy for the MotoGP race, and I used the Kriega US-20 as a tailbag, along with a US-5...... they worked great!!! I had her up to a around a buck-forty on the superslabs on the way out, and experienced no problems whatsoever! I would recommend Kriega stuff to anyone interested in touring with a sportsbike.

I absolutley love it.
I do reccommend that everyone gets the US alloy straps because they make the bag soo much more secure, and less straps to manage.
Only other complaint I had is that if I need to grab something quickly from the bag while its packed on the bike.. its not that easy. I think Im going to get 2x US-10 bags for the sides for that purpose.
Went on a 3000km trip last weekend on it to PA, and it worked perfectly. Looks good too! At one of the biker hangouts we stopped in I had a few people asking me about my bag!
