I hesitated for a long time between the 20L and 30L. Now that I have the 30L, I do not regret it. I'm using the bag on a 2015 Honda CBR300RA, so a small sports bike. I managed to use the straps without cutting anything, and they are barely visible, while being very solid (connected to the frame).
Putting the bag on and off gets much faster the more you do it, but the first few times, it's awkward :-)
Everything stays dry inside, and the quality all around is great.
As I use this as my commuting bag, it's heavy (shoes, laptop...), and I wish there was some kind of backpack straps I could use instead of the 'one shoulder' strap that comes with the bag. That's the main negative part of the bag IMO.

I took this on a 3-day 1,000+mi trip into the desert on my 2014 Triumph Thruxton. It's such a fantastic bag. It's designed perfectly, can hold a lot of gear, and is clean and simple. Couldn't ask for more when it comes to loading up a bike that wasn't really meant to take luggage.

Mounted on a ninja 1000, for sturgis run started and returned to San Diego, CA. Encountered rain, hail, thunderstorms, high winds, heat, with some speed blasts in the empty desert. This bag was flawless handled everything mothernature threw at us nothing got went nothing fell off just plain and simple it works!

Bought my second US-30 bag for a bike camping trip over 2 weeks. Stacked perfect, stayed dry through 4-5 days of rain from a major rainstorm. Also was able to use 2 of the shoulder straps to make a makeshift backpack for hiking to campsites far off the road. Will continue to recommend these to friends.

Bought this bag to be my carry-on since I fly back and forth most weeks and need to go from plane to motorcycle. Overall the bag is really well made with good hardware EXCEPT the shoulder strap which is a piece of junk (ridiculously thin plastic connector snapped the first time I used it and the shoulder pad looks like the material was cut out by a blind monkey with dull safety scissors).

Bought this for my 2014 Triumph Bonneville T100 and I am absolutely satisfied. It fits the bike just fine, mounting to the rails under the seat. It also sits at just about the perfect spot, not interfering with my natural seat position on the stock seat. Highly recommend it, will be buying another to attach to it soon hopefully!

i used a us30 with 2 20's and a 10 attached (80) on the rear of my zx14r with a us20 and the us tank on my tank on my trip to laconia NH this year. it was complete overkill for the 1500 mile round trip. i did not experience any rain but the bags were rock solid, and i had roughly twice the usable space that my friends fully loaded street glide had. just the us30 alone i fit 2 hooded jackets (one was very thick) 4 pairs of jeans and roughly 6 or 7 shirts and a pair of shoes (im 2x btw).

I knew that the bag would be good but I never imagined how good. Made my 200 mile ride so much easier.

I has a very difficult time finding storage for my 98" Superhawk. That is until I found the Kriega web site. The site was very helpful in deciding to purchase a Kriega bag, and the Dry 30 was so solid and easy to use it became one of those hind sight is 20/20 choices. It was easy to order and was shipped and arrived suprisingly quickly. I would absolutely recommend them or get another for more storage.

This is my sixth Kriega product. I own US 10, US 20 and now US 30. I purchased my first Kriega US 20, 4 years ago and I'm still using it. I love these bags! I've used these bags on 3, 5000+ miles trip throughout the western US. They are truly waterproof and convenient to load and unload from the bike.
