100% waterproof Enduro or Supermoto fenderpack (bolt-on - not designed to be used as a standard tail pack or in conjunction with larger US packs), which also fits to Hydro-3, R15, R20, R25, R30 or R35 increasing capacity by 5 liters.
The Kriega US-5 can also be used as a compact tank bag (with the addition of the optional US Tank adapter).
2 x US-5 can be bolted to the rear fender/side panels to provide 10-litres of storage without compromising the overall seat-height. Extremely effective solution for carrying heavy tools on the trail (even better when used with a Kriega tool-roll, see link below). Packs can be put on either way(zip or mesh pocket) and are easily removed via the 2 x compression straps.
NB - always feed the compression straps back through the ladderloc buckle to 'lock' the strap against any web-creep on the trail.

The US-5 is reversible. The pack is branded both sides to allow either side to be the front of the pack (zip or coated mesh pocket).
Fitting(Backpack): Thread the 2 x fitting straps through the web-loops or square rings(depending on rucksack model). Thread ladderloc buckle and tighten US-5 down on to the pack.
Fitting(Bike/fender): Bolt the 2 x fitting straps to the fender (2 x M4 bolts per strap). Feed strap through web-loop on US-5 and tighten pack down on to the bike. NB - Always good practice to feed the web back through the buckle tp lock the strap against web-creep whilst out on the trail.

I have not been able to test this bag yet, to much cold and snow. It is the right size I needed to hold my tire pump and a spare tube and a few cables and repair parts for my DRZ 400. It looks like it will be very durable

The US-5 Drypack combined with the US Tank adapter is the perfect tankbag for my sportbike and naked bike (Ducati 1199 Panigale and Ducati Monster 1100 EVO). The minimalist approach is perfect for carrying my wallet, iPhone, etc (even a water bottle). I previously used Ducati Performance tank bags which are too high; now I can lean over the front tank and keep my weight bias forward for those high-speed wide sweeping corners. Plus, the minimalist approach looks much cooler than a big, bulky bag up front. When I want more storage, I simply throw on my R15, R25, or R30 backpack.

I have been using a US5 for a few years now and it has proven to be a great little bag. From being strapped empty to the back of my R15 or R20 to being strapped to the rear fender using Rack Loops it is a durable bag that always seems to be in use.

I use the US-5 as a tail pack for use on day rides on my road bike and as a handy bag to keep all my important stuff in when touring abroad. Being waterproof means that things like passport, bike documents etc are safe and being so easy to put on and off the bike means I can easily take it with me when I park. Being easy to take off doesn't mean its insecure though, because it doesn't budge when in place, up to autobahn speeds. In fact I am looking at getting the tank pad adaptor so I can use it when the pillion is covered in luggage/person.

I've used a number of kriega products and find the quality 2nd to none. The US-5 as seen more abuse on the dirt bike than a little, a blasting with the jet wash after every outing and after 3yrs still as good as new. TOP KIT
