Description

Upgraded Alloy Editon! The Kriega UScombo70 is a 70-liter capacity (US-30 + 2 x US-20) 100% waterproof, modualr tail pack system. Unique design solution secures the 'base' US-30 bag directly to the motorcycle sub-frame (or any solid section) beneath the seat using included webbing buckle loops and Alloy Hook Straps (see Alloy Hook Strap page for details).The 2 x US-20 attach securely to either side of the US-30 using two further included sets of Alloy Hook Straps.

All US packs in this combo also come equipped with removable shoulder and waist straps, so they can be carried courier style, on or off the bike. The US-30 or US-20s can also be used individually or in other configuations (e.g. US-30 with 1 x US-20 on top). Once connected together they can be removed as one single luggage 'block'. The US-20 can also be used as a tank bag, with the addition of an optional US Tank adaptor.

Fitting Instructions

The UScombo70 tailpack is designed to fit all types of bike (all fitting straps included). The Drypack(s) are easily attached / removed via the included webbing loops / Alloy Hook Straps, which are fitted to the motorcycle sub-frame or any solid section beneath the seat. No extra bungees or rain covers are required (see US-30 page for 'base' bag fitting instruction). The 2 x US-20 attach to either side of the US-30. To install: fit the US-30 'base' bag to the bike (see US-30 page for instructions) and pack out, then insert US-20 Alloy Hooks in the dedicated webbing loops on the upper and lower surfaces of either side of the US-30 bag and cinch down securely. For added stability, thread the roll-top webbing through the D-ring on the US-30 before clipping in. Fasten loose strap ends with supplied Strap Keepers. Once connected the three packs can be removed from the bike as one luggage 'block', or unhooked individually.

Kriega US Drypacks can be mounted inline or across the seat, and can also be used effectively on motorcycle racks or metal pannier tops by attaching 1 x set of the supplied webbing buckle loops to the item in question and following the same prodceedure as fitting to a motorcycle.

    Phenominal and versatile 5 star rating

    I got the US70Combo for my Moto Guzzi because I love to camp but didn't want hard luggage on my smallish V7. This setup is perfect. It mounts very easily to a luggage rack, it kept my gear waterproof on two trips, and it is FUN to use. I like packing with the drybags and when they aren't in use, there are only four little straps on my bike and the bags don't take up any room in my apartment. I liked it so much I went ahead and got two US10s, which I've already used with the US30 as a combo when I didn't need as much stuff. And the 10 is the perfect size for going to work. Now I can run it all in any configuration, and when I get a different bike, it will go right on that too. I'm very satisfied, it is worth the price.
